Worst experien
Really bad place to shop . The staff behaviour is ridiculous they sell defective products . when you go buy products from their stores they have a policy that they cannot take the earings back they trick their customers by saying that they exchange and refund and that is not true.everything is of bad quality and their staff do not accommodate and they trick customers by selling expensive products save ur pounds dont waste ur money

Love the design and prices but…
Love the design and prices. But tarnished very quickly, when I stayed away from water and didnt wear them in the shower.

I love this shop!
I love this shop!

Every time I pass by Lovisa, I jump in to buy a few earrings.
For a person addicted to earrings like me, their prices are extremely ideal.
The quality is not bad, although I can't comment on it, as I have too many earrings to count and I wear a different one every day, so naturally it won't wear out so quickly.

If they'll only start bringing in rings in big sizes, than the rings compartment in my jewellery box will overflow as well!!

I'll take this opportunity to commend you for keeping your prices so low!!

Very happy with the way they dealt with my faulty items
Bought a pair of earrings that broke from the Derby store after wearing them only once and for a wedding so wasn't free on the weekends to exchange these. Tried to get hold of the Derby store by phone but the telephone number was wrong and was a dead tone - hence marking them done one star.

Contacted their online support services and they couldn't provide any other way of getting hold of the Derby store but authorised a return / exchange. Took the email authorisation email from them to exchange the earrings and the sales assistants at the Derby store didn't have a clue what they were doing, even though I showed them the receipt they seemed reluctant to do the exchange. Not impressed with the in store staff but very efficient handling by the online staff.

So-so
Found a pair of nice earrings online but wasn't ready to pay £4 something for delivery fee or buy up to £40 for free delivery. Went in-store and they didn't carry the item nor could they order it into the store.... Bit disappointing. Did buy a necklace and hoping that it doesn't tarnish too quickly as other reviewers have mentioned. It was labelled "sterling silver, gold plated". I want at least a couple of wears out of it.

Happy customer !
I was served by a lovely girl today (21/05/22) she was wearing pink trousers & black turtle neck, couldnt catch her name but she was so lovely and her customer service was above and beyond! Very smiley and helpful, also has great knowledge for the items that are sold instore!!

Unable to make returns
Items were nice but one cuff bracelet does not fit and is painful on the wrist. I contacted customer service to ask for a return and was given authorisation to return it in store. I responded to advise that I live in Northern Ireland and there are no stores in the country and to let me know how to return by post to which the exact same response was sent again to return in store. I would be of the opinion that they should not be selling their items to people in Northern Ireland if we are unable to return them.

Don’t accept any gift card
I bought an item on the 26th of Jan this is only available online. I paid £6 for the delivery. Today is
10th of Feb and I didn’t receive the item.
I’ve asked on the customer service and they gave a gift card of £10 because the inconvenience caused. I went today to the store and the gift card didn’t work!!!!!
I can’t believe it!

I had just gotten a birthday present today. I got a necklace and earrings. The earrings are great and I love them. I loved the necklace too if only it hadn’t broken. I hadn’t even worn it properly…I was just trying to put it on but it broke. Seriously annoyed right now. Ugh

Poor customer after sales Visited store and my daughter chose…
Visited the store and my daughter chose a pair of gold diamanté studs.. sales girl said come and look and choose another pair for the offer and was showing my daughter all different types .. my daughter chose silver little hoops but said she was happy with her first choice. All bagged up and paid for only to get home and the wrong earrings in the bag and on first try the hoops snapped. Can not phone the lakeside store as number fails and they ignore a private fb message and an email… poor customer service and cheap crap sold

Do not buy - poundshop quality
Do not buy, bought loads of jewellery, the quality is extremely poor, all of the jewellery had gone rusty, only worn a couple of times. I can't understand how Lovisa can justify the price for the atrocious quality of jewellery.
Wanted to share pics but no option to do so.

Loved my experience
Loved my experience, the ladies in the Milton Keynes store were lovely and so friendly and helpful! Would definitely reccomend them to anyone and will go there again. Really good for piercings as well.

Slow delivery, not happy at all…
I ordered quite a bit of jewellery from Lovisa and payed the full delivery price, waited the amount they said (5-7 days) and still didn’t receive my order. I contacted them after the 8th day asking why, and they said to wait 2-3 days more. Still no delivery (confirmation or shipping details) I’ve contacted them at least 5-6 times after and the replies are so slow and I don’t even get a proper reason. It’s been about a month now, and still nothing regarding the order. Very disappointed in the service and in their efforts to fix it.

Fab experience with Plymouth store
Me and my friend went in to the Plymouth store to get peircings, I went in to get a second lobe done after having my first lobe done as a child so I was quite anxious. However, we were served by a lovely girl called Yas (I think) & she couldn’t have been more helpful & reassuring. The best experience! Couldn’t recommend them enough! Also, their earrings are super good quality. I bought huggie hoops and they are a little weighty which is nice. They don’t feel cheap even though they were extremely affordable!
